DKCarts, a product of Akilidex, is an online marketplace in Accra, Ghana. You order food and everyday goods from local vendors and we deliver to your door with bike and motorbike riders.

You pay securely online with Paystack using your card or mobile money. Where a vendor offers it, you can also choose cash on delivery.

Yes. Payments are processed by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant provider. DKCarts never stores your full card details.

A DKCarts bike or motorbike rider picks your order up from the vendor and delivers it to the address you provided. You can track the rider live once they're assigned.

It depends on the vendor's preparation time, distance and traffic. You'll see an estimate at checkout, and for food we often send a rider while your order is being prepared.

Yes — you can cancel free of charge before the vendor accepts it, and you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method via Paystack. Once preparation has started, an order usually can't be cancelled.

Refunds go back to the same card or mobile-money account you paid with, through Paystack. Mobile money is usually quick; card refunds can take a few business days depending on your bank. See our Refunds policy for details.

We operate in Accra, Ghana and surrounding areas, including several university communities, and we're expanding. Checkout will tell you if your address is outside our current range.

Apply from the website — 'Sell on DKCarts' for vendors, 'Become a Rider' for riders. Our team reviews and verifies every application before you can transact.
