Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses DKCarts, a product of Akilidex — customers, vendors and riders. Using the platform means you agree to follow these rules alongside our Terms of Service.

Vendors may not list, and no one may order or transport, items that are illegal or unsafe, including:

• Illegal drugs, unlicensed pharmaceuticals or controlled substances.
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives or other dangerous goods.
• Counterfeit, stolen or fraudulently obtained goods.
• Expired, unsafe or falsely described food or products.
• Any item whose sale is restricted or prohibited under Ghanaian law.

• Fraud, chargeback abuse, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Creating fake orders, fake accounts, or manipulating ratings and reviews.
• Harassment, threats, discrimination or abusive behaviour toward customers, vendors, riders or staff.
• Attempting to take payments or communications off-platform to avoid protections or fees.
• Interfering with, probing or attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Misusing personal data obtained through the platform.

• Vendors must accurately describe items, honour listed prices, and follow food-safety and consumer-protection laws.
• Riders must handle orders safely and hygienically and follow road-safety laws.
• Both must complete DKCarts verification and keep their information current.

We may remove content, cancel orders, withhold payouts pending investigation, and suspend or permanently ban accounts that breach this policy, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities. Report violations to support@dkcarts.com.
