Delivery Policy

DKCarts delivers with a network of bike and motorbike riders for fast, last-mile delivery. When a vendor marks your order ready, the nearest available rider picks it up and brings it to the address you provided. Some vendors may deliver their own orders.

We currently operate in Accra, Ghana and surrounding areas, including several university communities, and we are expanding. Serviceable areas and any distance limits are shown at checkout — if your address is outside our range, checkout will let you know.

• The delivery fee is calculated from the distance between the vendor and your address and is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
• Delivery times are estimates that depend on vendor preparation time, distance and traffic.
• For food, riders are often dispatched while your meal is being prepared so pickup happens as soon as it's ready.

After checkout you can follow your order status and, once a rider is assigned, track the delivery live in the app or via your order page. You can also track an order from our website.

• Please provide an accurate address and landmark, and keep your phone reachable.
• For added security, some deliveries use a one-time code you share with the rider on arrival.
• For cash-on-delivery orders, please have the exact amount ready.

If a rider cannot reach you (wrong address, unreachable by phone) they will attempt to contact you. If a prepaid delivery ultimately fails through no fault of your own, you are refunded to your original payment method — see our Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy.
